Details for each level
- The learning process for each level is articulated in 8 virtual classroom training of 1.5 hours each over 8 consecutive weeks. The time of the VCT will be fixed to the same time and day each week.
- Each participant will have access to MP3 recordings of the dynamic meditation exercises to download for obligatory daily practise for the 8 weeks of the training.
- This daily practise is very important, as repetition is key to progress.
- After each exercise practised daily, each participant will write-up their experience and share it via email at the end of each week with the Trainer.
- The Trainer will be available for questions throughout the eight weeks.
- A work assignment will be issued for completion and discussion during the 8 weeks.
- Participants will be paired up during so they can have a partner to work with and support. This will enhance the learning and allow for an element of networking.
- A participant can complete a single level or several levels and each level will deliver positive, immediate and long lasting advancements in consciousness and self-awareness.
Overall Details for the four (4) levels
The path less travelled is conscious leadership, which appears as greater clarity, resilience, presence, calmness (less stress), concentration, stepping out of the ego and our stories, over coming self sabotages, releasing conflict, fear, anxiety and adapting easily to change and greater self-confidence, trust and empathy. Immediate benefits are seen and felt.
We live in a time when the world is changing at an alarming rate and our managers and leaders are facing great uncertainty, which requires a paradigm shift from depending upon external resources to working from internal resources. Our leaders have the strength to take us into the future; this strength will be harvested and developed during this training.
This dynamic and unconventional training will allow Managers to raise their levels of consciousness and to equip managers with managerial skills that will meet the challenges of the future, that will allow for a natural change in organisational culture and directly impacting business and personal performance.
Conscious Leadership is a gentle process of self-mastery that spans 4 Levels and is an internal learning (where the body, sensations and the unconscious are involved) as opposed to external learning (where only the cognitive mind is involved). Each level builds on the prior level and advancements lead to new inner learning, the discovery of yet more inner resources and how to effectively interact with our external environment.
Conscious Leadership, Strengthen the True Manager in You – Level 1
The journey begins with a single step, that step is deciding to join the Level 1 training and committing to the repetition of the daily practise. Only through this commitment will participants begin to see and feel effective changes. Once this change is seen and felt by others and us then the motivation is solidified and we are committed to the transformation.
Level 1 provides the fundamental theory and provides a mind set shift, teaches us how to be in the here and now (the present moment) where clarity of mind, quality of decisions, clear leadership and communication is experienced. Understanding the role of the body is the highlight.

This dynamic Level 1 training will combine introductory theory with breathing techniques and 8 specific dynamic meditation exercises. The focus is on body awareness, the body-mind connection, present time, concentration and the importance of repetition.

Conscious Leadership, Strengthen the True Manager in You – Level 2
Having mastered being in the present time and having already grown in self-awareness and consciousness we now move to future time and experience a future and future events as we want them. The skill of planning the day, the meeting, the conversation etc. as they want them will be learned. This is a beneficial Management tool for smoother communications and effective planning.
Discovering the power we have over our fear, anxiety, phobias and how we can move past these challenges will support quality decision making, communication, negotiation and strong leadership

This dynamic Level 2 training will combine theory with breathing techniques and 8 specific dynamic meditation exercises. The focus is on mind awareness, future time, contemplation, mind management and the importance of space and our 5 senses.
Objectives
- Learn awareness of the mind
- Explore the 5 external and internal senses and learn how the technique allows you to create your desired reality.
- Learn to contemplate
- Understand the importance of perception and how to change it. This ability will support 3rd person perception and stepping out of a situation to gain perspective
- Experience the space in and around you, how to take up space and be visible and how to create and hold safe space to allow the team to flourish
- Dissolve stress, fear and anxiety and be strong in oneself
- Experience shifts in self-awareness to support greater self-confidence

Conscious Leadership, Strengthen the True Manager in You – Level 3
Through the experience and connection with the present and future time (Level 1 and Level 2) and the completion of the weeks of repetition of the exercises they are now ready to enter into past time. We will journey into the past to harvest the joy, happiness and positive moments hidden there.
When we learn to reflect on the past to discover and explore memories, we will then learn how to stimulate and grow high energy memories and release the low energy emotions. The benefits are immediately clear in better quality relationships, greater happiness, a positive outlook, gratefulness for who we are and a desire to remain positive.

This dynamic Level 3 training will combine theory with breathing techniques and 8 specific dynamic meditation exercises. The focus is on emotional awareness – the mind/body link, past time, understand how memories are created, a meditative walk, and awareness of the world outside of us.
Objectives

- Learn to reflect on the past to discover and explore memories, then learn how to change negative memories to positive memories and see the world with new vision
- Experience shifts in self-awareness to support quality communication and decision-making
- Experience dynamic meditation and breathing exercises that can be repeated anywhere and any time, for continued personal and professional growth
- Since many people have had difficult and emotional situations in their past, this level is only undertaken once a very solid foundation has been established through regular training in Level 1 and Level 2.
Conscious Leadership, Strengthen the True Manager in You – Level 4
After the progression of Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 we are now at the cherry on the cake, the hard work is over and each participant has arrived. We now experience a celebration of self, of authenticity, of great personal value to the world and the immense feeling of compassion to oneself and others. In Level 4 we test our growth by being aware of what is actually present instead of what our mind is making up.
To do this we become aware of our judgements, attitudes and beliefs in creating our story and our truth and learn how to let them go to realise what is actually there. Level 4 focuses on Axiology, the study of values of the consciousness that fits into three categories of human values: Biological, Existential and Historical and which poses some philosophical questions.

This dynamic Level 4 training will combine theory with breathing techniques and 8 specific dynamic meditation exercises. The focus is on awareness of human values and of our personal values and they manifest in our work, in our decisions, in our stories etc. The study of Axiology is the overriding topic along with the concept of all is one and oneness of time and space.
Participants will shine with their authenticity, understand their purpose and accept ownership. Their leadership presence will be seen, their compassion felt and their authenticity admired.
