Objective: The objective of the workshop is for participants to begin to know who they are, what abilities they were born with and how they define success. In the process of a career reorientation or integration an assessment of ones natural abilities, best work style, work environment, decision making processes; knowing what comes naturally as an ability is essential. This process is the foundation for developing a long-term career strategy.
Description: The Highlands Ability Battery, an online abilities assessment that goes farther than any other instrument to define your natural abilities and begin your career assessment. It is a three-hour inquiry into abilities and ability patterns and clusters. Spouse Career Centre will provide guidance through the results, so you can channel your career into more productive and satisfying channels.
You will:
- Complete the online ability assessment test before the workshop, which takes 3 hours, but can be completed in intervals.
- Be coached through the report of 30+ pages, section by section
- Understand your personal style; your driving abilities, those abilities that must find an outlet or life and work feels incomplete; and your specialized abilities, those aspects are to your advantage at work, including learning style, decision making style, preferred work environment, strengths, what to avoid.
- Work through the other aspects of a successful career, such as skills, interests, personal style, values, goals and family.

Objective: The objective of the workshop is for participants to begin to know who they are, what abilities they were born with and how they define success. In the process of a career reorientation or integration an assessment of ones strengths, weaknesses, how you communicate with others, how you assimilate information from your environment, your contribution to a team, your leadership style and many other learning from this versatile tool is essential. This process is the foundation for developing a long-term career strategy.
Description: The Insights Discovery, a 25-frame evaluator in an online test, based upon the Carl Jung philosophy. The test takes approximately 20-30 minutes and can be completed in any mother tongue language. The output is a 20+ page profile which helps recipients gain detailed understanding of their personal style and how this impacts on their relationships in both personal and professional environments. SCC will provide guidance through the results, so you can channel your career into more productive and satisfying channels.
You will:
- Complete the online assessment test before the workshop
- Participate in activities that create learning around the Jung Philosophy and where you match an archetype
- Be coached through the report of 20+ pages and understand all elements of the report
- Work through the other aspects of a successful career, such as skills, interests,

Objective: The objective of the workshop is for participants to have a chance to learn about the Personal Business Model. They will receive a comprehensive overview of the Business canvas and have a chance to work through many of its aspects. They will map out their career project on this canvas and take it away with them for continued application.

You will:
- Learn the logic of the Business Canvas and the 9 components: Who helps you, What you do, Who you are, How you help, How you interact, How they know you, Who you help, What you give and What you get.
- Understand how to use the canvas for various purposes: within employment, to find employment, to set up a business, understand your unique offering, how you compare to
- the competition, how to clear get your message heard.
- Have a chance to begin working on your own canvas within 4 components.
- Have the canvas to take home with you to continue your mapping.
The relationship we have with Work!
Objective: The objective of the workshop is for participants to have a chance to learn about the relationship we have with work. Participants will witness and even experience how to recognise the degree to which a person’s normal system of seeing work aligns with, or pulls them away from realising their inherent gifts and goals;
Then learn the fundamentals of an extraordinarily simple and time-proven method to make adjustments or changes, which starts to bring everything into line.
This is a truly cutting edge topic and method, which will bring immediate shifts in perspective.
Description: This method is part of the Peter Koenig System and is also used to examine the relationship we have with money. We will discuss the normal and the natural regime of working and earning money (this is a new approach that will be explained). We will work through projection we have towards work and earning money, as well the misconceptions established through the use of specific vocabulary within society, such us earn a living, labour, compensation etc. You will never see work in the same light again. You will leave with greater awareness and choice within you life.
You will:
- Participate in a round table about why work, how we see work, how society sees work and other related topics.
- Understand the vocabulary used around work and through self-reflection and partner sharing you will get a sense of your relationship with work.
- Learn the alternative model to “work to earn money”
- Understand the Peter Koenig system of projections and reclamations and how to use these tools. You will have an opportunity to practice these tools in the workshop and take away the learning for future use.
