This learning process is articulated in 2 virtual classroom training and MP3s that participants will receive so they can continue to practise quality communication experience.
A work assignment will be issued for completion and discussion during Level 2.
Methodology: Participants will be paired up during Level 1 so they can have a partner to work with and support. This will enhance the learning and allow for an element of networking.
Through the use of active participation and dynamic meditation techniques and tips, participants will practise quality communication experience.

Quality Communication Experience – Level 1 delivered as a 2 hour training

Level 1 begins with the fundamentals of what happens when we communication starting with thoughts, that lead to words, that lead to receiving the communication by the other person and so on. Participants will discover all the possible ways a communication can go wrong and why and how to manage the delivery and receipt to ensure a quality communication experience for all.

An individual’s experience of a communication episode reflects the cognitive, behavioural, and affective aspects of communication as well as the individual’s perceptions about the exchange process with the other party. A wide variety of topics will be covered with practical and immediate application within the training and after. Topics such as how words, thoughts, emotions, remaining calm, avoiding judgement and fear will be practised and learned. Awareness of self, of others and the environment is crucial for quality communication experiences and participants will learn how to enhance awareness.

Level 2 solidify the experience of quality communication; build upon the learning in Level 1 and the practise and work assignment. Learning to focus on what we can control and let go of what we cannot is crucial to a positive experience. Discovering the beauty of a quality communication experience in all of its aspects.
