At Spouse Career Centre we believe a career support service should provide a 360° approach to active job hunting. From the start you will be supported by our trained and experienced career coaches on a one to one basis with our time dedicated to you. We will help you to develop and profile your skills, know-how and experience, keep you motivated and on track, prepare you for effective job searching, guide you through the application process, work with you to effectively use your network and continue to build it as well as benefit from ours.
We know from experience, this 360° approach adds value in these key areas:
- Strategy development – how to best position yourself in the job market.
- Personal development – know who you are and what you have to offer. Boost your confidence, remain motivated and create clarity and focus.
- Job market development – know your potential employers and how to market yourself to them.
